Saket is the CEO & Co-founder of Lucideus Inc., a cyber security platform and services company. A computer science engineer by education, he started Lucideus in 2012. Over the last 5 years, Saket along with his team have been instrumental in providing digital risk management services to multiple Fortune 500 companies across the globe. He and his team were responsible for the security assessment of the BHIM Application developed by the National Payments Corporation of India and launched by the Prime Minister of India, Sri Narendra Modi on the 31st December 2016.

Madhukeshwar Desai is an Indian politician and great-grandson of former Prime Minister of India Morarji Desai. In 2013, he was appointed the National Vice President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, the youth wing of the Bharatiya Janata Party at 25, making him the youngest Vice President in the history of the party. Madhukeshwar setup the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration (MCIA) in 2016 and currently serves as its CEO. An Advocate by profession, Madhukeshwar works with the Government of Maharashtra on the International Financial Services Centre being set up at the BKC, and is currently in the process of setting up the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration as its CEO. MCIA is headquartered at Express Towers, Nariman Point.

Tanmay, age 14, an IBM Champion and Honorary Cloud Advisor, began coding at the age of five. He is among the youngest cognitive and cloud computing developers who build applications engineered to augment human capabilities via deep learning.

Over the last nine years, his passion for learning and sharing about numerous topics, such as cognitive computing and AI, has taught him how to best utilize and apply machine learning in fields ranging from banking and finance to healthcare, medicine, music, and chatbots. Tanmay is currently working to achieve his goal of inspiring and training 100,000 kids and novice developers through the books he's authoring and the tutorials on his YouTube channel.

He is also developing a unique system for those with Rett Syndrome, so they can "speak" through the detection and interpretation of EEG signals analyzed by neural network systems.

Devendra Gangadharrao Fadnavis is the 18th incumbent Chief Minister of Maharashtra. Akash Manoj has done a research titled “Non-invasive Self Detection of Asymptomatic Myocardial Infarction using BioElectrics”. He is presently studying in Class 11 at The Ashok Leyland School. Akash was awarded a Gold medal for National Child Award for Exceptional Achievement 2017 by President Ram Nath Kovind. Moreover, he was also awarded by President Pranab Mukherjee in March 2017 for his research. Akash believes that this device can be used for the greater good by saving many lives, especially of those living in the rural areas who do not have easy access to a hospital.

He has already filed for the patent since he wants the Indian government to use the project for the public good instead of selling it to a private firm. Akash wants to pursue cardiology and study in the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Delhi in the future.

Prof. Rohit Shinkre is a practicing Architect and Academician based in Mumbai after his training and initial professional experience in Paris, France between 1981 to 1994. Over the past 25 years he has worked on a variety of projects scaling from urban / campus design, infrastructure to architecture and interior design. He is currently Professor Design Chair, at the Rachana Sansad Academy of Architecture, one of the premiere institutes for architectural studies in India. His articles on urban studies have been published in India and abroad. He was recently honoured by the UIA (International Union of Architects) and the KIA (Korean Institute of Architects) among '100 Architects of the year 2016'. His is currently focusing research and design studies on the Informal Economy & The City.

Nitant Hirlekar (aka. Pixelkar) is an Installation Artist based in Mumbai , He graduated in Interior Design from Rachana Sansad, Mumbai.

During his Internship In his post academic days he came across the Emerging Computational Techniques in Design industry in which Algorithm serves as a main Functional part. These Techniques got him inspired to work on his own Process. In his Installations He uses "Pixels" as a Medium of Expression in various scales and Forms. He uses Algorithms in Computational Design Languages to Deconstruct the Captured images in Pixelated form using the Grids of the Various Indian Art and Craft Forms.

He is also Teaching Computational Design Strategies as an Elective Subject at School Of Interior Design , Rachana Sansad. The Focus of this Elective is to Fuse Traditional Indian Art and Craft with Computation Design Strategies.

He Recently Got featured as "Absolut Creative Indian of the Week " In TV Show " The Creative Indians" on NDTV GoodTimes.

Urvi Sheth has been appointed as Workshop Director with CEPT University from 15th November 2014. As a professional she has successfully designed and realized buildings as well as installations at various scales exploring generative algorithms, parametric and evolutionary design, digital fabrication and assembly techniques. Her work contextualizes computational design and digital fabrication processes in India.

She has been teaching courses like visual representation, winter school, new material and techniques, geometric construction, as visiting faculty at CEPT University and NID, Ahmedabad. She has been invited to mentor national competitions on prototyping by foreign countries.

Urvi holds masters in architecture from TU Delft. Along with her masters she participated in various workshops that dealt with different materials and techniques in Europe. To attain a world view in her expertise she has traveled extensively. Her publication work includes papers in international conferences on Computational design in reputed journals; currently her research interest lies in prototyping, fabricating and building.

As Workshop Director, Urvi Sheth would be involved in deepening “culture of making” at CEPT University.

Ravi B. Grover is Homi Bhabha Chair, Department of Atomic Energy (DAE) and Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI), Mumbai, India. Dr. Grover is a member of the Indian Atomic Energy Commission, a Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering, a Fellow of the World Academy of Art and Science and represents India in the ITER Council as chair of the Indian delegation. He was the Vice-Chancellor of HBNI until February 2016.

For the first 25 years of his career, Dr. Grover worked as a research and development engineer in the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre (BARC) specializing in nuclear reactor thermal hydraulics and safety studies. He was responsible for the thermal-hydraulic design of the core and the fuel of the 100 MW research reactor Dhruva and led a team of engineers for evolving process design of primary systems, dynamic analysis of the plant systems, and fuel and core thermal hydraulics analysis for a compact reactor. Subsequently, he took up managerial responsibilities and played a key role in opening up international civil nuclear trade with India including negotiations leading to India joining the ITER venture. He played a lead role in the conceptualization and the setting up of HBNI and led the Institute since its accreditation as a deemed to be University in June 2005, and until end February 2016.

Is there any registration fee?

No, there is no registration fees.

What is the duration of the event?

3 Days, 11th, 12th and 13th January 2018. The timings are from 10AM to 6PM.

What is the last date for registration?

Last date for registration is 15th November, 2017.

How do I reach the venue?

Ghatkopar and Vidyavihar are the nearest Railway stations.Public transport is also easily available.

Will I get accommodation if I am travelling from outside Mumbai?

We will shortlist top 30 best projects whom we would provide all the logistics required. (Depends completely on the nature and the type of the project.) Kindly register and we would be happy to help you if your project falls under our shortlisted category. Accomodation is only for one maker + one companion (if any) per project.
